The Braguinha (or Machete) is a typical instrument of Madeira Archipelago. It is a Cavaquinho’s son and gave rise to other Cavaquinhos in the world.
It is a small size instrument (approx. 50cm total length) and it is easy to carry. This feature made it reach the 4 corners of the world.
