2. What data we process
This website has no forms or customer area. We only process the data you choose to send us when you contact us by email or phone (name, contact details and the content of your request), and technical browsing data collected through cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to reply to requests for information, quotes, orders, repairs and shipments (pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract), to comply with legal obligations (for example, invoicing) and, with your consent, to measure website usage.
4. Retention
Data is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or for the period required by law (for example, 10 years for tax documents).
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Service providers who support us (web hosting, email, carriers for shipments) may have access to data, always under contracts that guarantee its protection. Some services embedded in the website (Google Maps, YouTube) may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
6. Your rights
